The lowest home loan rate is not always the cheapest. Compare fixed rate, reversion rate, fees, and minimum salary before you decide.
As of 2 November 2026, the lowest conventional mortgage rate we can both source and verify is 3.89% from United Arab Bank, on a one or two-year fixed with salary transfer. The lowest Islamic home finance rate is 3.75% from Sharjah Islamic Bank, on a one-year fixed with no arrangement fee. Both revert to EIBOR plus a margin after the fixed period, and the reference matters: Emirates NBD and ADIB price off 1-month EIBOR while most lenders use 3-month, 4.32% on the 28 October 2026 fixing. On an AED 1.5M loan over 25 years, the gap between 3.89% and 4.50% is about AED 600 a month. Source: lender product records, read 2 November 2026.
